We may also receive information you choose to send by phone, text, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand your event, check availability, prepare a custom quote, communicate about design and logistics, prevent spam or misuse, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not use your uploaded inspiration images as public portfolio content without permission.
Form and service providers
The consultation form is processed by Formspree, which receives the information and optional files you submit so the inquiry can be delivered to Zee Party Decor. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other third-party services are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.
Sharing and selling
Zee Party Decor does not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate the website, deliver your inquiry, or fulfill a booked event, and when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, prepare or administer a booking, meet recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
